This No Bake Eggnog Pie recipe is the perfect dessert for the holiday season. With just 5 ingredients, it's like a cup of creamy eggnog yet in a simple yet velvety pie form.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 vanilla instant pudding mix  (153g box)
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add the eggnog and pudding mix into a medium bowl.
  • Beat using a hand mixer until well combined with a smooth texture.
  • Add the cool whip and 1/4 teaspoon of the nutmeg. Fold the mixture until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared crust, using a spatula to spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.
  • Refrigerate until firm before serving. Chill time is at least 5 hours, to overnight.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Can be made ahead of time and frozen for up to 4 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
